T.M.A.A. is the most comprehensive martial arts system you will learn. I have studied this for 12 years in Woodbridge have always found something new and exciting as I progressed. T.M.A.A. Woodbridge is more than just a class, it's a group of supportive individuals whom value your unique abilities and skills, pushing you to the limit to achieve. This is accessible to all no matter your abilities or physicality and led by the most knowledgeable, dedicated and approachable instructors. T.M.A.A. is more than a sport it's an art, an inspiration and a truly connected group of indidvuals embodied in T.M.A.A. Woodbridge.

T.M.A.A. is so much more than just a martial arts class; it is a second family to me that encompasses fitness training, fun, confidence building, ambition and self defence. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Paul, our instructor, strives to build great relationships with both the adults and children. Paul is passionate and dedicated to T.M.A.A. and is very motivational. He encourages us and is very patient which has meant that both my kids and I have made great progress since starting at the club and have learnt a range of kicks, punches, techniques, forms and weapons. We have also learnt how to spar and fall without hurting ourselves. Paul keeps us on our toes with fast paced classes and likes to mix it up so that not every class is the same.
